Dr. Loretta, a leading skincare manufacturer & wholesale company, is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
OPPORTUNITY:
As our Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support for all sales initiatives. Provide support and maintain existing accounts to achieve sales goals. Our customers are nationwide retailers in the cosmetic and skincare industry. Enjoy building relationships with our customers and upholding a high reputation of quality products and service. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work collaboratively with our inventory, operations, accounting, and marketing departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage day to day communications across all retailer accounts.
- Process retailer purchase orders and shipping information with specified retailer requirements when applicable.
- Report and track sales performance and monitor inventory levels.
- Review retailer websites on monthly/quarterly basis to ensure content is on brand across all channels.
- Manage onboarding paperwork to set up new customer accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities with prospective customers.
- Work with Buyer/Planner on inventory planning.
- Organize sales calendar with retailer promotions and sales initiatives.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management or a similar support role.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous work experience within the skin care industry or retail industry is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with desire to excel in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong account management skills that builds rapport and expands revenues.
- High level of computer skills (Microsoft Excel, SAGE 100 and CRM will be used daily.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively multitask on projects.
- Detail-oriented with a proficiency to follow standard processes (SOPs).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Dr. Loretta will reward your talents with a compensation package of $50-$55K which include a base salary plus incentives. You will also receive an attractive benefit package.
