Senior Program Analyst

Location: Washington, DC (MD, VA, DC ONLY)

Contract to Hire

US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.

Skills Required:

• Experience using the FAA's AMS to support TSS system enhancements and tech refresh.
• 15+ years supporting the FAA for JRC decisions (IARD, IID, FID).
• Solid understanding of FAA systems.
• Experience with AMS in the investment decision process.
• Demonstrated expertise with new and legacy systems, technical alternative analyses, acquisition management of information systems and information management tools.
• Experience working on and managing large and complex projects.
• Ability to communicate with various organizations within the FAA including AJI, AJW and ANG.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to the TSS Program Office technical team, specifically in the following areas supporting the investment decision process.
• Provide technical SME expertise to the TSS Program Office Engineering Team.
• Review engineering documents, requirements and specifications related to enhancements to the TSS.
• Provide analysis and prepare briefing input as requested for TSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Program analyst: 10 years (Preferred)
• FAA: 10 years (Preferred)
