Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to support the United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC). You will be supporting USFFC and TYCOMs in execution of responsibilities as RRL Executive Agent (EA), RRL Integration Board (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Executive Secretary, and Fleet Training Requirements Development and Assessment.

Position contingent upon contract award.

Contract Duration: Five (5) years (Starting March 2023)

Location: Norfolk, VA

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Provides senior level oversight of RRL IB and ESC planning. Coordinates across all stakeholders to develop high quality, senior executive level product for RRL IB and ESC review.
• Schedule routine and ad hoc meetings of the RRL IB and ESC, develop appropriate agendas and document proceedings and decisions of the RRL IB, ESC and other related meetings.
• Provides senior level oversight of RRL IB and ESC planning. Coordinates across all stakeholders to develop high quality, senior executive level product for RRL IB and ESC review.
• Provide scheduling and management assistance for the RRL IB and ESC. Assist with the coordination of briefing products.
• Support the development and tracking of program schedules in support of training requirements development and assessments.
• Support USFFC and TYCOMs to provide analysis of current training systems and requirement, makes recommendations and reports on changes to individual training to support and enhance Fleet readiness.

Required:

• 5+ years relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience at Navy Echelon I or II commands coordinating meetings assisting with the development of briefings and supporting documents.
• Master’s Degree/MBA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• US Citizen
• Active TS Clearance
