Who we are looking for

We're hiring for a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner for Global Football Apparel and Accessories, within Demand and Supply Management (DSM). The candidate will lead an end-to-end integrated planning function responsible for optimizing Supply & Inventory in service of the Global Football (Soccer) Athlete*. The role will support promo, team & licensed apparel, and accessories for the Asia Pacific Latin America geography.

This role determines the optimal Supply Plan for the Geographies / Dimensions in scope to meet service, revenue, margin & inventory. It performs inventory planning (finished goods, blanks, materials), ensuring transactions are in sync with trading partners. Provides timely visibility of potential supply risks and recommends mitigation plans to key partners, sports marketing and/or marketplace teams, to minimize disruption. You'll also determine recommendations to keep healthy inventory positions across the supply chain for Geographies / Dimensions in scope. Provides timely visibility of inventory plans, risks and opportunities to Geos in scope to inform Inventory Forecasts.

The candidate needs to be a strong Individual Contributor with experiences across Supply chain including Supply, Inventory Planning & Purchasing, Sports Marketing Operations, and/or Inventory forecasting & Liquidation planning. What you will work on

You’ll be a team member of the Global Football Planning team to closely partner with cross-functional and geographies teams to inform key decisions to plan and deliver in promo and retail collections in full and on time, as well as inform geographies inventory forecast and recommend actions to keep inventory healthy across the supply chain (materials, blanks, and finished goods).

Who you will work with

You'll partner closely with Product Operations, Merchandising, Sports Marketing Operations, Global Supply & Inventory planning, Delivery excellence, and Market Place Units teams across geographies.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field (2 additional years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
  • 5 plus years forecasting, buying, inventory planning and/or control processes or related experience
  • Proven ability to apply advanced planning analysis techniques with supporting assumptions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations with leadership team
  • Ability to communicate and story tell complex concepts to a wide and diverse audience
  • Sound judgement to elevate strategic risks & opportunities to senior management in a timely and appropriate manner to drive decisions
  • Detailed oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to mentor / train others
  • Experience in the Footwear and Apparel industry preferred
  • Experience in Licensed preferred
  • Experience with SAP/PRD/PRA/APA preferred
