The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. You will help create positive relationships between the customer and the installers, as well as other departments; so customer service is key in this role. If that is you, then apply today!

Job Description & Duties:

  • Communicate with the Installation Manager to ensure that all post installation service parts are ordered timely
  • Communicate with the manufacturer to track the status of services that Apex will complete and the services that the manufacturer will complete
  • Act as a liaison by providing timely follow-up with customers to provide details on the status of any delays with delivery on the service parts
  • Communicate with the Installation Manager to assist in coordinating scheduling of Apex service with the Service Tech and Window Installers.
  • May help with calling customers for final payments once all services have been completed
  • Update Apex service spreadsheet & Loupe app daily with dates and Purchase Order numbers of product that has been ordered with the manufacturer
  • Must have knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written
