Set Up Crew

• Oxford, ME
• Fulltime, permanent position - Monday to Friday

Ian Martin Workforce is working with an international leader in modular building sales and leases. As a member of the set up crew, you will enjoy a variety of hands on tasks and have opportunities to travel to sites to assist with construction, installation and setting up and tearing down units.

Responsibilities:

• Teardown walls
• Install vinyl skirting
• Block and level units
• Install/remove shipping walls
• Replacing vinyl siding
• Rehabbing units
• Hanging sheetrock
• Installing new flooring,
• Framing walls,
• Installing new roofs
• Painting,
• Wrapping buildings

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift (max of 85 lbs),
• Manual Labour capabilities: be able to bend, crawl, kneel, lift, and otherwise move however the current task demands
• Asset: OSHA Certification
• Asset: Forklift and/or Translift certification
• Plumbing or electrical skills a plus
• Ability to work away from home when required
• Ability to work overtime during peak season
• Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand;
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal records check;
