COLD-LINK LOGISTICS HOLLAND- 2nd Shift SHIPPING-RECEIVING COORDINATOR

Cold-Link’s warehousing network has recently expanded with a newly built 150,000 sq ft facility in Holland, MI and we are actively recruiting for Shipping-Receiving Office Coordinators on both Day and Night Shifts.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Manager, our Shipping-Receiving Coordinator will coordinate and execute Shipping, Receiving and other administrative activities supporting our daily Warehouse Operations. Professionalism, accuracy and good communication helps to drive Continuous Improvement in our Key Performance Areas: Safety, Quality, On-Time Performance, Productivity, Profitability, and Team Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE SHIIPING-RECEIVING COORDINATOR INCLUDE

• Be a TEAM Player, working cooperatively with customers, suppliers, drivers, co-workers and others to meet daily service demands
• Coordinate the various administrative activities supporting the Receiving and Shipping of all products, materials, and supplies in and out of the warehouse
• Coordinate activities within the warehouse appointment scheduling systems
• Timely and accurate completion of all Shipping and Receiving related documents, including but not limited to Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Receiving Notifications
• Initiate, implement and maximize strong customer service and inventory management practices, following our Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain and support the highest Cold-Link customer service levels, handling customer requests and concerns in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Utilize our Warehouse Management Systems and other office computer software and equipment as needed to support daily operations
• Working safely and efficiently, making the best use of your time on the job

• Other duties as directed by Cold-Link Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE OF THE SHIPPING-RECEIVING COORDINATOR INCLUDE

• Education: Minimum High School diploma
• 2+ years in customer service, experience in Shipping-Receiving preferred
• Proficient in office technical and communications systems, equipment and MS Office applications. Warehouse Management Systems experience a plus
• Ability to accurately perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) as required for daily warehousing tasks.
• Willingness to follow and support all safety policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate verbally, including speaking effectively and professionally with individuals in person and on phone
• Effectively communicate in writing, including concepts and information required for daily business activities. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to read and write routine business correspondence.
• Ability to solve problems, plan and prioritize tasks
