Job Requirements
Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in operation of functional area or division preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience required.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to interact with senior management.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Effective leadership skills, including proven ability to drive individuals toward a specified goal.
- Able to plan, track, facilitate completion of multiple activities; manage complex and/or competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Ability to create and maintain and organized and structured approach to shrink reduction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for all levels of the organization
- Proficient in the use of office automation tools (Microsoft Office, Project Management, Outlook) with an aptitude for learning new applications.
Physical Environment
- Some travel may be required.
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
- Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
- Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday.
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
