We have 30 residential facilities in the Whittier area and surrounding cities such as La Habra, Rosemead, and Anaheim.

• $16.50-$18.00 an hour staring pay (Depending on Experience)

Accountabilities:

• Act as a role model and encourage positive interactions with other
• Become familiar with the program plan for each individual in the facility.
• Document incidents that occur and maintain current progress notes and data frequency counts on each client assigned to them.
• Understand behavior modification techniques and how to correctly implement them.
• Assist client in all areas of grooming and personal hygiene skill if needed.
• Support adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide support with communication, problem solving, etc.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Support clients with medical visits, and recreational activities.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe home environment for individuals residing in the home.
• Promote nutritious meal plans and physical activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Past caregiving experience (personal or professional accepted)
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
