LVN Staffing Coordinator

Shift: Day, Monday-Friday
Status: Full Time

Responsible for ensuring facility is adequately staffed for each work shift in order to comply with state and federal regulations. The Staffing Coordinator must organize and prepare schedules based on availability, census, time off requests, and vacancies. Must also work with other departments in filling vacant positions to meet facility staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must possess, as a minimum, GED or a high school diploma
• Previous Staffing experience highly preferred
• State of Texas Nursing License (LVN)
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
