Job Description of a Store Associate

• Exemplify the elements of SVDP: Spirituality, Friendship and Service in all phases of work
• Greet all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, courteous manner
• Address customer concerns/complaints effectively and in a timely manner
• Accept donations and complete paperwork as instructions provide
• Operate cash register
• Strive to promote and maintain a clean, neat and organized store for appeal to customers; this includes sales floor and backroom
• Assist with selecting, displaying and Monitor inventory level
• Ensure the store is highly promotional, well-displayed, well-filled, and easy-to-shop
• Adhere to and Assist management with all loss prevention, security and safety standards
• Perform store opening and/or store closing when called upon by Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Education/ Experience

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
