Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management and process improvement.
- Experience managing projects with multiple players across cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience using data for presentations, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in highly ambiguous and cross-functional programs to influence executives and the business strategy with stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing relationships with external partners with little guidance.
- Experience in consumer hardware or customer support operations.
- Experience working independently to drive projects to completion.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$238,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage high impact strategic programs.
- Build and manage business critical processes to ensure seamless operational and strategic delivery - to include, cost modeling and management, and annual planning.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build Support Plan deliverables.
- Build mechanisms to understand and improve business health.
