Atento is looking for a Supervisor to help in the development of new talent for FEMA!
Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nesting department including but not limited to coaching, developing, and improving the confidence/skill set of new agents. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee nesting and floor support for employees that completed the classroom training program Assist with the design, development, and delivery of educational content in classroom or other settings, when needed; apply relevant learning theories to the design, development, and delivery
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $8.46 - $38.44 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Typing: 1 year (Required)
- Management: 1 year (Required)
