Job description

• Team Members are generally responsible for delivering great and Friendly guest experiences, serve the Freshest products, run the Cleanest restaurants, provide the Fastest service as well as, helping to build profitable top line sales. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

General

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely to co-workers
• Greet customers as they enter restaurant or drive thru
• Initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately through the drive thru
• Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shift

Chill

• Prepare treat products
• Clean and maintain customer areas in compliance with restaurant safety and health code standards
• Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment
• Stock and execute proper rotation of products
• Completes assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area
• Break down and clean chill area thoroughly at the end of every day

Grill

• Cook, assemble and wrap food products
• Stock product and preparation materials
• Accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures
• Properly and safely operate and maintain the grill, fryer, freezer and other related cooking equipment
• Clean work area, organize and stock needed items
• Stock and execute proper rotation of products
• Completes assigned prep work for stocking and set up of grill area
• Controls food production process.
• Breaks down and cleans grill area thoroughly every day

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must pass a drug test

Pay: $10.50 - $15.00 per hour
