We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to fill the position of Job Site Manager. This is a long-term, permanent post. This is a great opportunity to travel through your area to work on multi-site programs for both painting and renovations programs. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers, crews and management.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Responsible for supervising onsite subcontractors & vendors
• Prior Site Supervision experience a plus
• Travel throughout your assigned area required
• Applicant MUST have a reliable means of transportation
• Basic Computer skills required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee day to day operations of project
• Provide for site safety and security
• Daily progress updates to Account Managers and supporting office staff
• Manage the schedule multiple trades or Subcontractors
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures
• Pull necessary Permits
• Ensure compliance with company Standards
• Subcontractor recruiting
• Provide positive direction to motivate quality performance
• Create project schedules and update progress daily
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and attitude
• Responsible for ensuring that crews on site are trained on production methods, customer service and job-site planning/management.
• Facilitate the resolution of Customer Complaints in a timely manner
• Ensures that the Foreman is clear on the scope of work
• Ensures Customer needs/expectations are reviewed
• Ensure Safety and Set Up issues are reviewed
• Assigning Work Orders and approving Invoices
• Responsible for identifying change orders on site for jobs in progress
• Deliver projects on time and on budget
• Structure and re-organize crews to maximize productivity
• Responsible for inventory of equipment and its whereabouts when applicable. Including but not limited to: lift orders, paint storage, etc.
