OrlandoVets is seeking Client Service Coordinators at our Maitland Animal Hospital location with an opportunity to earn $17-$20/hr. Client Service Coordinators are integral to our hospital's success by connecting with and educating our clients while helping build lasting partnerships. OrlandoVets is comprised of four growing, privately owned veterinary hospitals based in Central Florida offering team members flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a fun place to work!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice or any customer service setting, or one year of experience as a veterinary receptionist
• Proficiency in English required; preference may be given to candidates who are bilingual

Skills:

• Proficient in handling multi-line telephone system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills including working in a team environment
• Handling difficult situations including emergencies
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, and AVImark experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to balance priorities and attend to details
• Typing skills (accuracy)
• Payment handling and basic finance skills
• Basic foundation of veterinary medical terminology and preventative care preferred but not required
