AnimalMedical Center of Crystal Lake, located in the Northwest Suburbs isseeking a part time Veterinary Customer Care Specialist. We are looking for a motivated person with excellent client services skills.

Requirement include but are not limited to the following:

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Professionally manage multi-client/multi-patient waiting room scenarios
• professionally handle multi-line phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Handle financial transactions daily
• Take clear and precise messages
• Maintain excellent lines of communication between clients and hospital staff
• Develop a freindly working relationship with our team
• Assist with holding animals (when needed )
• Document medical records
• Become an expert user of the practice software
• Have the ability to take directions
• Have a happy and helpful personality
• Candidate must also be willing to work both morning and evening shifts, and a minimum of two Saturdays a month.
