You're a great fit if:

• You can provide enterprise-level consulting and design for complex voice networks
• You like to troubleshoot and resolve complex UC, routing, and performance issues
• You have the ability to establish and maintain a high level of client trust and confidence

You'll love this position if you have: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• 4 years of network engineering experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics or 10 years of experience with a high school diploma
• an active TS/SCI clearance
• a CCNP certification
• knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Call control protocols, and Voice Gateways (CUBE, SIP, SBC)
• experience with end-to-end architecture/design work across multiple technology areas, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
• strong written and oral communication skills

• have an active CCIE Certification
• have experience with Next Generation Firewalls such as Palo Alto
• have experience with Python to automate networking tasks
• are customer and relationship-focused, process-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated

What your day will look like:

• You'll provide engineering and design of the voice network which includes CUCM, CUBE, and other technologies
• You'll provide in-depth analysis on transport layer architectures; emerging protocols and technologies; and knowledge transfer and repositories associated with converged networks
• You will troubleshoot complex networking issues that cannot be resolved quickly by other team members
• You'll provide day-to-day support of multiple specialty engineers in highly complex telecommunications, internetworking, or data network project
