DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders.

· Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data.

· Completes paperwork as necessary.

· Picks, packs and ships efficiently.

· Maintains clean work areas.

· Follows company safety policies and procedures.

· Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.

· Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work.

· Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, returns, stock or as directed by Distribution leadership.

· Other job duties as assigned.

ATTENDANCE:

• Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.
• Will be required to work overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must have legible handwriting.
• Understand and worked on metrics-based performance.
• Preferred RF scan gun experience.
• Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed.
• Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Distribution/warehouse environment that is not controlled with heat or air conditioning

· Pressure to meet deadlines.

· Must be able to work overtime as needed and last minute

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
