Essential Functions*:

• Creates monthly Military Open Order Queries for US Government Contracts.
• Compiles monthly estimated worksheets, followed up with exact shipments through Oxford to cover Government Contracts.
• Invoices all shipments requiring Proof of Delivery (POD) for US Government contracts.
• Coordinates and schedules trade shows and associated domestic and international travel.
• Schedules meetings and compile agendas.
• Acts as backup for Contract Marketing Representatives as required on bid requests, analysis, and data collection to support domestic and international customers.
• Enters Debits/Credits into SAP and (Freight Debits).

Position Requirements*:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years’ recent administrative experience required. Related customer service or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), detail-oriented, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, multiple tasks, shift demands, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
