Qualifications:

  • Persuasive phone skills an absolute necessity!
  • Successful Automotive Business Development Center and/or Call Center experience required.
  • Retail Automotive Sales and/or BDC experience recommended.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organization and Time management Skills.
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of effective appointment setting strategies and techniques.
  • Flexible schedule and availability.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Learn and be able to execute all aspects of a BDR, Team Leader, and BDM!
  • Assure adherence to our existing BDC methods and processes.
  • Oversee entire BDC operation in reviewing and developing BDC staff.
  • Proven and verifiable record of managing, coaching, developing, and motivating others.
  • Recruit, assess, hire, and monitor BDC staff performance.
  • Train BDC staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes.
  • Interface regularly with various dealership management personnel.
  • Coordinate campaign marketing efforts with dealership management.
  • Participate in dealership management meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all word-tracks are applicable to their application. Modify where needed.
  • Assure all customer interaction are recorded into CRM or otherwise.
  • Maintain adherence to all required Internet Lead response times and scrubbing.
  • Compile all necessary reports and for Principals and General Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
