Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in management, field sales, business strategy or customer service required

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to commute to office location daily

• Applicant should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills

• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Responsibilities

• Perform top-of-the-line service to consumers while demonstrating comprehensive understanding and enthusiasm for products and services

• Support and implement strategic collective brand marketing initiatives and outreach

• Maintain consistent contact with team members and management to build lasting relationships

• Keep track of weekly profits and analyze monthly reports to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition

• Participate in Entrepreneurship Training and implement all applicable skills to deliver results

• Develop and provide in-house training sessions and work shops to educate team members, management, and customers

• Professionally communicate with all peers, customers, and management

• Gain knowledge of the market (customers, applications, products, and competition) to effectively analyze market growth and expansion

Note: Employee's responsibilities are not limited by the above. Other responsibilities may be assigned as seen necessary by employee's manager. In addition to the initial requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of ongoing improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, professionalism, and quality.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,250.00 per month
