Job Title: Executive Assistant

Company: Next Natural Resources is a fast-growing International chemical trading company located in Houston, Texas and Shanghai, China.

Job Description: Assist company executive in day to day operations. Including document control, bookkeeping, accounting, email communications. Ocean shipment booking, local truck booking, issue Purchase Order and Performa Invoice, keep track on details of each and every Purchase Orders including payments, shipment status, provide documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certification of Products etc.

Qualification: High school graduate, Associate Degree, or a Bachelor degree.

We are looking for hard working, highly motivated individuals to grow and share the success of the company. You must be self-starter with little to no supervision, you must well organized and willing to put extra effort to make the company successful. We are looking for detailed oriented, good with excel, Quickbooks, practical use of internet, cloud and all Microsoft tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
