Job description
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them quickly and efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner. Other duties include setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and removing dining room fixtures and utensils are required.
Requirements
· High school graduate.
· Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
· Service oriented.
· Knowledge of F&B basic aspects.
· Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
· Able to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays.
· Must be articulate and alert in getting multiple orders
· Must have knowledge in basic mathematics
· Must know how to deal with pressure
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (English/Spanish).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work long hours while standing
