• Faxes Plan of Care to physician’s office and scans the signed document into patient electronic medical records
• Assists with patient scheduling with a computerized scheduler
• Assists with patient registration and checkout, filing paperwork, and scanning
• Calls patients off the cancellation list

Aide Duties:

• Patient clean-up and set up for therapist
• Washes, dries, and folds towels, sheets, and pillowcases
• Cleans, straightens, and wipes down tables and equipment after patient treatments
• Assists fall risk patients as needed
• Tidies up the gym after each patient’s use and takes out the trash daily and weekly
• Performs temperature checks for Hydrocollator
• Keeps bathrooms stocked

• Has the ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of the clinic
• Demonstrates skill in oral and written communication
• Conveys ideas, concepts, and facts in a logical, concise manner
• Arrives on time and complies with attendance policies
• Is neat, well-groomed, and follows dress protocol
• Follows the policies and procedures of the facility
• Offers assistance to other employees
• Must be able to work late afternoons and early evenings
