Bitsource Technology USA Inc is looking for an HR Manager to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR manager responsibilities include recruitment, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Responsible for posting job announcements.

• Responsible for sourcing potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

• Accurately explains insurance benefits to employees, and processes, tracks, and files enrollment forms.

• Responsible for the coordination of benefits and payroll processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or degree or equivalent; higher education level preferred.

• 2 or more years of progressive experience working in a Human Resources area is required.

• Human Resources Training Certificates preferred.

• Skillful to use MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication. Strong ability to work well with all levels of staff and apply teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Houston, TX 77023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
