Resident Assistants for Independent Living assist our more independent residents with various personal care and other tasks ranging from light housekeeping, to running errands, pet sitting/care, showers, medication reminders, and some ADLs. If you love being a caregiver, and are looking to serve residents that are more independent then this is the role for you!
Our ideal employee is someone who wants to make deep connections and friendships with the residents while providing service with a smile to all who live with us or come to visit.
We are currently looking for the Overnight shift availability, but are open to talking with anyone with the right culture and heart.

- Love for serving seniors
- Prior caregiver experience a huge plus
