Caliper, A CorTech Company, is a temporary staffing company that is currently looking for a Marketing Assitant in Norfolk, VA!
Job duties:
Minimum Knowledge & Skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pay : $20.00 hr, paid weekly (every Friday)
- Schedule: M-F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Assignment Length: 3+ months with the possibility of an extension
Job duties:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and record minutes
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Discuss contracts with vendors and correctly notate contract agreements
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Minimum Knowledge & Skills
- Effective customer service and problem resolution skills and techniques.
- Demonstrated outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail, including proofreading skills and
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and explain policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly professional
- Experience utilizing information systems (e.g., Microsoft Office) to prepare
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
- Previous marketing experience preferred
