Cucina Italiana, Chops City Grill in Naples and Bonita Springs, Yabba Island Grill and The Saloon) in the Naples and Estero/ Bonita Springs area. Culinary Concepts' is currently hiring for Front of House Managers who will be responsible for the overall operations of a Restaurant; ensuring total guest satisfaction while increasing sales and brand awareness while operating upholding the company's high standards and policies and controlling labor costs.
We are looking for Managers who:
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a hospitality management role; preferably in a full service and/or upscale restaurant concept.
- Has the ability to provide guidance and an environment that leads to happy and productive employees.
- Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the restaurant and team.
- Can establish, maintain and enforce company policies and standards so there is stability and standards that the employees can expect.
- Have the ability to communicate and listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others in order to ensure standards of quality are met consistently.
