If so, we’re looking for a strong Salesforce Developer to join us and take responsibility for the design, architecture, development, administration and management of our current Salesforce platform (CRM, nCino, FSC, Marketing cloud) to help deliver customized solutions to improve our business processes.

The Salesforce Developer at Byline will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting development efforts of various applications within Salesforce platform. If you are a self-starter and open to learn new technologies, this position is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and extend the nCino banking solutions, Financial and Marketing cloud applications implemented on the Salesforce platform.
• Application development on visual force pages, lightening web and Apex, assist with each release cycle to implemented new updates.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems with the nCino/Salesforce process, flows and packages.
• Participate in configuration, setup and deployment of end-to-end solutions of Salesforce nCino, Marketing and Financial services cloud.
• Follow the internal best practices & standards, Audit and Compliance requirements
• Work with both internal and external auditors/examiners on data access requests
• Implement and test application enhancements to the systems
• Define, execute and document vendor release testing, upgrades and enhancements
• Create procedures and manuals for various application and processes in Byline standard
• Provide training to new employees on all assigned/supported applications
• Work with integrated applications such as FIS, Docusign and other Fin Tech service providers.
• Working knowledge of SQL and integration tools like SSIS or Informatica will come handy when working with vendor teams for integration of cloud and hybrid apps.

Skills, Knowledge and Experiences Required:

• 5+ years of experience in application development and/or support role in Salesforce platform. With 2+ years with nCino banking solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work in a flexible schedule and be available for off hour support and project implementation work
• The individual must be detail and data oriented while staying organized and documenting project/work progress
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be comfortable with daily use of all Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a plus (or) targeted for completion within a year
• Bachelor's Degree required

This position is classified as Hybrid and will require the employee to work on site 10% of the time.
