The purpose of this position is to support serving staff by cleaning tables and taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed. Also, to assist in the restocking of utensils, drinkware, and other dining room needs.

Responsibilities

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Ability to communicate with host staff on current needs to ensure guest seating is seamless and in sync.
• Ability to clean and reset a table within 45 seconds of guest departing so that tables may be re-sat, according to Urban Egg time standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitary and well-stocked restrooms.
• Filling in for absent staff as needed.
• Assisting with special events as needed.
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, sweeping, mopping and general set up of the restaurant, including bus stations.
• Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Assists with general maintenance of entire store such as replacing lights, power washing, and deep cleaning tasks.

Paid Sick Leave-Colorado

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), RMRG provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location:

Accrued Paid Sick Leave

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

Public Health Emergency (PHE) Leave

Up to 80 hours of PHE-related paid leave when a PHE is declared. The PHE leave is for COVID-related needs only as of 1/8/23. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked, except for category 3 (care for someone else), which is paid at 2/3 pay.

• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive interpersonal skills required, strong character, understands the culture of RMRG
• Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs.
• Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
