We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Services Representative located in our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, VA or our "office environment" facility in Southern Pines, NC.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Provide prompt resolution to questions or concerns customers have regarding products by answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
• Provide technical support and take orders for parts and products.
• Accurately and thoroughly document communications.

Requirements of the position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Customer service experience, preferably in a culinary, restaurant, food service or hospitality environment
• Aptitude to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems over the phone or by e-mail
• A work history that reflects an exemplary work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
