The VP Commercial Relationship Manager develops and maintains larger and more complex business loan and deposit relationships, developing primary customer and prospect lists for the purpose of marketing a broad range of credit union products and services. Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Commercial Lending department.

Requirements

• Commercial lending experience with strong credit and analytical skills.

• Must possess a thorough knowledge and extensive experience in Commercial Lending, including lines of credit, term loans, and business real estate lending. Knowledge and experience in SBA 7a and 504 financing is desired.

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all applicable state and federal regulations and board policies.

• Must possess a thorough knowledge of Commercial Lending services and products as typically used by Commercial members.

• Must recognize and encourage the importance of staff and department functioning within the larger scope of company-wide policies, products and data processing procedures.

• Must be professional, alert, and honest with an outgoing, positive approach to member service.

• Must be able to handle a large volume of detail while organizing the work of others.
