The shift for this position is 11:00AM - 9:00PM. Pay = $17.00/hr + Bonus Potential

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling the day-to-day warehouse operations and activities in a safe and efficient manner. This position will be required to perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming products, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and loading orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Required to be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb, during a 10 to 15 hour shift
• Must be able to lift and carry, including overhead lifting, 15-40 pounds or more on a repetitive basis during a 10 to 15 hour shift with frequent bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and sitting
• Must be able to handle draught beer, weighing up to 161 pounds, and package beer, weighing 15 to 40 pounds per case
• Must have the ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather and/or temperature conditions
• Must be able to communicate, hear, and see in accordance with safety regulations
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous work experience
• Ability to meet minimum pick standards and requirements set by the Warehouse Manager
• Must be able to perform basic math functions, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Must be able to obtain and maintain authorizations for warehouse machinery and equipment required by the position. This may include operating forklifts, pallet jacks, layer pick system, battery changing hoist, stretch wrap machine, and any other machinery or equipment as required
