Job description
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing quality customer service to our guests who are staying at one of our hotels, including greeting guests upon arrival, verifying guest check-in information and providing amenities such as towels, shampoo and toiletries. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers.
- Answer and document voicemail messages.
- Provide customers with general information, directions, and answers to questions.
- Answering general questions.
- Handling customer inquires.
- Providing information related to travel bookings, reservations, and services offered by the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
