Our showing agents work in a fast pace environment, going from house to house to show the exciting spaces the Duluth/Superior are has to offer. They don't take a "used car salesman" approach but instead use connection and knowledge to draw in prospective tenants. They are quick, fun, and enjoy staying busy. Heirloom is one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the area. We have great systems and structure for someone with or without experience (we will teach you!), and are always looking for a fresh set of eyes who can come in and help us improve.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct showings at properties available for rent
• Manage a calendar of showings
• Arrive on time and keep showings on schedule
• Deliver property specific information to prospective tenants
• Explain Heirloom's leasing process
• Consistently deliver information on rental criteria and application process

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Work Hours: M-F, some evenings and weekends
• Required Education: High School Diploma
• Required Experience: 2+ years in customer service role
• Drivers License and a reliable vehicle are required
• Location: Duluth / Superior / Twin Ports Area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
