We are hiring an Operations Assistant to help us print, package, and ship merchandise across the United States. Our company is growing incredibly fast and continues to expand so we are looking for a new addition to our team. We have partnered with industry powerhouses in different e-commerce markets to boost our company to success and increase sales. What you will do:

• Manage third party marketplace shipments
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to packages in preparation for shipping using devices such FillPak TT and postage machine.
• Pick, handle, and prepare orders while screening, printing, and shipping.
• Verifies batch documentation for product received and quantity.
• Setting up the printing machine according to specifications in the batch record.
• Ensures product is moved through the packing process in a timely manner
• Inspects finished products to detect deviations from manufacturing standards
• Accurately read client order and select matching merchandise type and quantity
• Assure that product that is being Picked/Packed for Customer Orders is 100% accurate
• Process packing slips with appropriate shipping label and maintain in order
• Manage the labeling process for Amazon orders
• Communicate directly with management to relay feedback and identify opportunities to process improvements.

What you will need:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and label printing software such as Shipstation
• Able to work on their feet for long periods of time
• Ability to interact with others effectively.
• A team player mentality which understands their responsibilities and how it impacts the company
• Ability to lift up-to 50lbs
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
